A self made director from Amsterdam and created (inter)national multi platform campaigns for brands like Nike, Levis, McDonalds, Sony Music and diverse beer brands. His belief is that creating film is a collaborative art form. A teamsport! His style is colourful, quirky, he loves to experiment with non traditional camera techniques and obviously he has the rhythm.
A big inspiration are directors like Vince Giligan (Breaking Bad), Stanley Kubrick, the Coen Brothers and Wes Anderson. Lars was invited by Google Asia to talk about his approach to online filmmaking and was a jury member of the Dutch Film Festival for the music video selection twice in a row.
